APPENDIX A Equipment and Procedures for Wind Tunnel Tests A. Equipment The radiometer was tested in a low speed wind tunnel which has a 14 ! x 8f x 5.5* working section . The tunnel is a closed loop, double return, type with a contraction ratio of approximately 4 to 1 at the Venturi section.
